returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, that are in new condition and with ALL tags attached. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 14 days from the purchase date. Please contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.
To make a return or exchange, contact us toll free for a return authorization number at (877) 373-7739 or by email: info@perfectpant.com.
Please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package or if possible, the original shipping box. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange and write your return authorization number on the package. Ship items to the following address:

Once perfectpant.com has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.
Please note: All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, perfectpant.com is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. We also maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy.
